How do you work with clients in the US and Canada across time zones?
Our team in Dhaka works a shifted day that overlaps the North American morning, so you get four to five hours of live overlap with US Eastern and Pacific time every working day — enough for standups, reviews and the unplanned call that unblocks a decision. Everything else runs asynchronously through your tracker and a shared project board, so progress does not stop while you sleep.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do — completely. On final payment you receive full IP transfer, the entire source code, the repository history, and the documentation. The transfer is written into the contract before work starts, governed by a jurisdiction we agree with you up front, so there is nothing ambiguous about cross-border ownership. No licensing, no vendor lock-in, and no clause that makes it painful to take the work elsewhere.

How much does offshore development cost compared with hiring locally?
A dedicated senior engineer with us costs a fraction of the loaded cost of the same hire in the US or Canada, with no recruitment fee, no payroll tax and no notice period. We scope the work first and quote a fixed price for that scope, so you are comparing a number rather than an hourly rate that can drift. Quotes are in USD for North American clients and BDT for Bangladeshi ones.

How do we pay you from outside Bangladesh?
By international bank transfer or Wise, against a proper invoice with our registered details on it. Payment is split across milestones, not taken up front, so you are never paying for work you have not seen. Bangladeshi clients can pay locally in BDT by bank transfer or mobile financial services.

What happens if the project runs over, or we are not happy?
We work in short milestones with something reviewable at the end of each one, so problems surface in week two rather than month three. If a milestone misses its agreed scope, we fix it at our cost. You are never more than one milestone away from a working deliverable you can take with you — which is the real protection when your vendor is on another continent.

Do you only work with clients in Bangladesh?
No. We are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and deliver for clients across Bangladesh, the United States and Canada. Local clients get a vendor they can meet in person; overseas clients get an engineering team at offshore rates with overlapping hours and English-language delivery.

What do you need from us to get started?
A conversation, not a specification document. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve and what success looks like commercially. We will turn that into a scope, a fixed quote, and a timeline — and we will tell you honestly if we think you should not build it, or if a cheaper existing tool would do the job.

What happens after launch?
Every build ships with documentation and a handover session, so your team can run it without us. If you would rather we kept maintaining it, we offer ongoing support arrangements — but it is an option, never a condition of the original build.
